This is great stuff! I think there&#039;s a lot to be said for planning your Twitter engagement just like you would anything else. If Twitter is right for your brand - and that can be a big if - it&#039;s important to cultivate your presence there like you would at your local Chamber of Commerce or professional organization. You don&#039;t just walk in and start handing out business cards, you need to get the lay of the land first and learn how to behave like a person.
